Jared was born 10/24/06. We were not expecting him until 01/25/07. He was born a little early, but I know God has a plan for him. With prayers and support from family and friends, Jared has been coming along great. Since day one he's been a fighter. It is now coming close to Christmas and the doctors say he may be coming home soon. Please say a little prayer for my chipmunk to come home soon. I love him so much and i want him home and healthy.

I am a new member to this forum. Although I am the proud new mom to a 24 weeker this prayer is not for myself or son. Thankfully my little fighter was just sent home from the hospital after 111 days, but in that time I've come to make some very dear friends, with some incredible little fighters of their own.

This request is for my good friends Kelli & Shane who are having a little scare with their beautiful son Landon. I figure if my one prayer can help at all, your prayers could really help this amazing family along!

Hang in there Landon, we all love you!!

Emma got pneumonia last week and was back on vantilator. Please pray for her to get through this sooner.

My son, Keiland Dontrell Martin was born at 24 weeks and 3 days early. He was born February 5, 2006. Keiland weighed 1 lb and 2 oz. So far he is doing okay as to what any baby born like Keiland should be. I am asking for your prayers that God will heal my baby so he can come home to me.

Dorina Alexandra (Lexy) was born 12/04/04 but was supposed to be born 3/7/04. At this time thanks to God and many many prayers she continues being a fighter. Please pray for baby Lexy as we shall continue praying for all the little miracles God has sent to this world. thank you

Please pray for Jaime David Morin. He was born Sept. 13 2004. He was 1lb 9oz and 12 inches long. He is still on the ventalator and I have not been able to hold him or hear him cry. They will try to take it off this weekend and I pray that everything goes well. I pray that god heals his lungs, and every infection in his body and always watches over him. I pray for every preemie and their parents because from experience it is a very hard and emotional time.

Hello everyone!!! I was just going through the website and found a prayer that I wrote on 4/21/03. Ayana came home on 5/25/03 weighing 5lbs 4ozs. She has been doing GREAT!!!! Thank you for all your prayers for they helped us keep the faith. Her 1st Birthday is on Monday and I have been planning her party. She talks: "dada","nena", "dog", "titi". No mama yet. She weighs about 21lbs. and is as nosy as her brother and sister were!!! I have joined the Delaware Chapter of the March of Dimes and am doing their Walk America with Ayana and our other children.

Please say a prayer for my grandson Mykal. He was born on June 6, 2008 at 30 weeks, weighing only 3lbs.. He was looking great for the first week, until they found he had PDA a heart issue, then the doctors said he had a brain bleed. This week he was great on Sunday morning by early afternoon the doctors and nurses had to revive him three times and he had to be put back on a full respirator. The doctors determined he had NEC which is basically an infection in his intestine. This has made him so sick he lost all his color, he went completely gray and he has been what they call modeling, his skin looks like his veins are webbing. He is losing weight and doesn't look like the same little boy we thought was ready to be transferred to our local hospital. He now has been in Boston's New England Medical Hospital for over two weeks and there is no sign of any bright light at this point. My heart is aching and my son is in Active Duty for the Army so we are all having it really rough. Please keep Mykal in your prayers.

My son Bryce was born early at 32 weeks. It has been a roller coaster since his birth. We thought all was well because he weighed 5lbs 2oz and breathed on his own. After two weeks he developed NEC which is an infection of his intestines. He was put on antibiotics and fed through a tube for two weeks. They began feeding him again by bottle and he became listless and would not eat. They put him back on antibiotics and did a spinal tap, blood work. While we were waiting to find the cause he stopped breathing. He was put on a breathing tube. The spinal tap confirmed he has Fungal Sepsis. We were told there is a high mortality rate with this. They have him on antifungal meds and antibiotics. I was told it was probably contracted from the pick line he has had in since birth. My family are all praying, we had him baptised last night. The doctor said they would know tomorrow which fungus is causing this. They said he seems to be fighting hard to stay with us. I love him so much. If you would will you all prayer for him? Does anyone have a child that has had a postive outcome from this? Thank you

Janie and Helen are twins born on Aug 15,2006. Janie weights a bit over 1 pound and Helen only weighted 11oz. I am asking for everyone to please pray for them. I know God will make the miracle of them growing strong and healthy and coming home soon. Please keep them in your prayers.

PLEASE PRAY FOR MY BABY ANDREW WHO IS CURRENTLY STILL IN THE NICU TAKING DAY BY DAY. TO BETTER FAMILURIZE YOU WITH HIS STORY HE WAS BORN AT 10.5 OUNCES AND 11 INCHES NOT EVEN WEIGHING A POUND HIS LITTLE TINY BODY COULDN'T EVEN FIT IN MY HAND . HIS HEAD WAS THE SIZE OF A  JUMBO BLOW POP HIS LEGS THE LENTH OF A SHARPENED DOWN PENCIL. HIS FINGERS WERE THE SIZE OF A THIN THREADING NEEDLE HIS PAMPER WAS THE SIZE OF A NURSES BREATHING MASK. HE DIDN'T START EATING UNTIL HE WAS ABOUT 3 MONTHS OLD ONLY WEIGHING 2 POUNDS 9 OUNCES. EVERY OUNCE HE GAINED I  CHERISHED . RIGHT NOW ANDREW IS ON A NASAL CANAL AND HE STILL FEEDS THROUGH THE TUBE HE CURRENTLY WEIGHS 9POUNDS 6 OUNCES AND IS STILL GROWING PLEASE KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS . MY ANGEL MY LIFE AND JOY MY BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY!LOVE MOMMY

Hello every one.My little prince was born at 24 weeks his weight was 1lb 5oz he was so little,he is now 3 months old but continues to have problems.He has problems with his kidneys and possibly his liver,he still on a ventilator and I just found out he has an infection in his abdomen he smiles and makes crying expressions,he is very strong.Please pray for my little angel that all goes well for him,Ihave alot of faith in god and in him that I will bring him home soon.thank you

Please pray for my Niece Saniya, who was born 3 months early. 2lb and 13inch. Pray that everything works out,(according to God's will) and that she is healthy and strong.

Please pray for my grandson, Blake Michael Johnson. He was born 10/16/04 weighing only 1 lb 6 oz., 13"long, being three months premature. He has triumphed over MRSA baterial infecation and PDA heart surgery. He has gained weight, now 3lb 5 oz. and is growing with mommy's milk. He was diagnosed with cataracs on Friday, which has a small chance of disolving or will require surgical treatment later. He also has a couple small blood clots that have not responded to treatment and are being watched.

My grandson is such a fighter and continues to rise above his problems. As grandmother, I am striving to have my grandson's name included in prayer globally because we all feel that his progress so far has been the result of the fine "prayer guided" doctors and nurses at Breckenridge Hospital in Austin Tx. from heartfelt prayer from friends and relatives.

I am trying to spread this prayer chain for Blake and ALL preemies around the world.
